Over the last twenty-two years, I have had the pleasure and honour of working with over 2500 clients; and counting. From developing and managing residential therapeutic communities, rolling out nationwide rehabilitation programs, co-authoring integrative treatment programs, as well as my previous role as Treatment Manager, for 13 years, at an award-winning private residential treatment facility in Suffolk, I continue to be dedicated to the treatment of conditions including PTSD, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, addiction, phobias, and other trauma-related issues. ​ My training, qualifications and experience include, but is not limited to: EMDR therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rewind Therapy, Relational based Integrative therapy, Transpersonal therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Neuro-Linguistics, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Breath-work.
