I focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I understand that no two people or injuries are the same, which is why each treatment, recovery and rehabilitation plan is unique and individually tailored.
Having been involved in health and wellness for the last decade as the owner and head trainer at CrossFit 17 (a functional fitness facility) I wanted to broaden my ability to help people by becoming qualified as an Osteopath. I now deliver treatments combining both on the table hands-on work, utilising soft-tissue techniques, articulation of joints and manipulations, with off the table rehabilitation programmes to maximise effectiveness of recovery and reduce the possibility of reoccurrence.
