There was a time that starting a business seemed like an impossible dream to me. It was something other people did, successful people, I wasn’t good enough. I worked on my mindset, I removed that limiting belief of 'I am not good enough. A month later, I quit my job and set up my coaching business. I was also just a few weeks pregnant! Nothing was going to get in the way of me achieving my dreams, least of all my own mind.

I am a master NLP Coach, master practitioner in Create Your Future Coaching™ (aka TimeLine Therapy™) and hypnosis and have studied psychology and neuroscience.
